"No matter the area of law, I enjoy helping my clients accomplish their goals and getting to witness the fruits of my practice."

While an undergraduate at Harvard majoring in mathematics, Dick Watt took a constitutional law class. Rather than simply fulfilling an elective requirement, Dick was captivated by the issues and topics covered as well as the approach taken to solving legal questions.

After Harvard, Dick received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and began a legal career covering diverse areas of law. Having served as a Section Chief in the Legal Branch of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Dick is well versed in all facets of environmental law and litigation.

An attorney at Kerns Pearlstine since 1989, Dick's practice is focused on municipal law, estates and corporate law.

Dick is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and is a Member of Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations.

Father of two daughters and husband of Rhonda, Dick is an amateur astronomer, enjoys golf and is a passionate baseball fan.
